Square Peppers Management (PTY) LTD was registered in May 2014. The company is 100% female owned, with a 51% black and a 49% white ownership.
We offer our customers a SED, ED and Supplier Development solutions that will not only address key features under the Codes of Good Practice according to the
B-BBEE Act, but also address “Health and Safety” requirements under the Health and Safety Act.
These products will allow our customers to invest in their own employee base rather than making contributions outside of the company.
It is important for companies to invest in their employees and to address Health and Wellness that has become the trend for successful companies.
OUR PRODUCTS
Square Peppers manage and operate Mobile Dental and Mobile Optometry Units. These units can be utilised by companies for either BEE,
Health and Wellness or for Corporate Responsibility purposes.
The Mobile Dental Unit is fully equipped to perform polishing, cleaning, scaling and pain relief. Educating all beneficiaries regarding Dental Hygiene and good oral
practices are our passion and we have delivered our services to more than 15 000 children in different rural areas.
Over the last 10 years we have travelled as far as Orapa in Botswana and Vale in Mozambique.
The Mobile Optometry Unit is equipped with the latest technology to offer the beneficiaries the best consultation possible. This unit is fully equipped like a normal
Optometry Practice however is in movable and the practice can now visit the beneficiaries saving a company time and productivity as well as costs.
INVESTMENT ACCOUNT FOR ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT
Square Peppers Management (PTY) LTD as a 51% Black Female owned company now offers its customers the option of investing into the growth of the company.
The investment will be noted as an "Interest free Loan" according to the Codes of Good Practice on Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment
from the Department of Trade and Industry. Square Peppers will return 100% of the investment after 3 years and during the 3 years the
Square Peppers customers will get the full recognition for the Enterprise Development points on their B-BBEE scorecard.
